Refund Policy

Payment Terms & Late Fee Policy

Payment for services is due as agreed at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated in writing. Texicon Response Group reserves the right to require payment in full upon completion of services.

Any unpaid balances may be subject to late fees, collection efforts, or suspension of future services. Clients are responsible for all reasonable costs incurred in the collection of overdue amounts, including administrative and legal expenses where permitted by law.

Failure to submit payment when due constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Deposits & Authorization Clause

Texicon Response Group may require a deposit or prepayment to secure scheduling, labor, and equipment. By submitting a deposit or payment, the client authorizes Texicon Response Group to perform services as described at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of the estimated scope of work and acknowledgment that final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered at the service location.

Scope of Work Definition

The scope of work is defined by the services agreed upon prior to or at the time of service and is based on the information provided by the client, including volume, accessibility, and type of materials.

Any items, areas, or tasks not expressly included in the original scope are excluded and may require additional authorization and fees.

Texicon Response Group is not obligated to perform work outside the agreed scope, and clients acknowledge that estimates are based on visible conditions only. Hidden, obstructed, or undisclosed items may alter the scope and pricing.

This clause is intended to clearly define service boundaries and limit misunderstandings regarding expectations.

Photo & Video Release Clause

Texicon Response Group may take photographs or videos of service areas, including before-and-after images, for documentation, quality assurance, training, or marketing purposes.

By engaging our services, clients grant Texicon Response Group permission to use such images or recordings, provided that no personally identifying information is disclosed, for promotional or business-related purposes across digital and print platforms.

Clients may request that identifiable features be excluded prior to service.
