Service Disclaimer

Texicon Response Group performs junk removal, garage organization, and related services based on the visible condition of the property and items at the time of service. Services are labor-based and inherently involve moving, lifting, and removing items that may be heavy, fragile, concealed, deteriorated, or structurally integrated into a space.

We do not guarantee that services will be free from incidental disturbance to surrounding areas, including but not limited to walls, floors, driveways, landscaping, doorways, or structural components, particularly where access is limited or conditions are pre-existing.

Clients acknowledge that junk removal and organization services involve inherent risks and agree that Texicon Response Group is not responsible for conditions beyond our reasonable control.

Damage & Pre-Existing Condition Clause

Texicon Response Group is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to weakened structures, hidden defects, brittle materials, prior repairs, moisture damage, pest damage, or general wear and tear.

Clients acknowledge that garages, storage areas, and cluttered spaces often contain concealed or compromised surfaces that may become visible only after items are removed or reorganized.

Any existing damage or areas of concern should be disclosed prior to service. Failure to disclose such conditions releases Texicon Response Group from liability related to those areas.

Minor cosmetic marks that are incidental to the performance of services do not constitute damage.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client and require the allocation of labor, equipment, and scheduling resources.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with reasonable notice may be accommodated at our discretion.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or denied access at the time of service may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Texicon Response Group reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, safety concerns, access issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Any fees incurred as a result of cancellation or rescheduling are intended to offset operational costs already committed.
